The client is an undisputed leader of the direct sales industry, where it sells Nutrition, Beauty and Home products through an army of 3 million direct sales reps globally

• To implement an e-Commerce platform based on hybris to replace its existing custom build platform to make it easy for its members to engage with the brand and conduct business for Brazil market

• Solution to help the client to achieve its objectives by developing a world class eCommerce solution which will help provide a global platform and to address the growing needs of the client organization, that will provide a better user experience for its members & customers and drive up the online revenues.

•The focus of the project was to have one unified solution which supports sales, customer management and customer service in Online and InStore channels

• Systems needs to go through Brazil regulatory and legal approval in order to adhere with the Brazilian legal rules and regulations

• Individual website required for each sales rep

• Site needs to have new UI by revamping look and feel of the site and creating new htmls

• 1Datagroup was contracted to do an End-to-end implementation of the B2B2C Commerce Platform Project development, integration, training and testing of hybris and all third-party integrated applications

1Datagroup did the end to end implementation for e-Commerce business transformation program.

•  E-commerce platform built using hybris B2C 5.X accelerator and some of the B2B functionalities are ported to the platform to support end to end experience for both B2B Customers and B2C Customers

•  Secured shopping for different product types - Nutrition, Beauty, Personal Care and Home Care products, with an option to shop by multiple methods like Quick Ordering, Recurring and conventional ordering

• Customer can manage their Personal Profile, View Commissions/Points, View Order History and get various communications from client for all their business transactions.


Automatic generation of individual rep website, where the end consumers can buy directly from the rep using the website

•  Business users able to: Maintain & manage the look and feel of the site using the hybris WCMS; Maintain, manage & augment product data using hybris Product Content Management (PCM); Send email communication to customers on various instances; Place orders and manage on behalf of customers in CS Cockpit.

•  hybris is integrated with 3rd party systems like MAGIC for Business Volume/Point Value Inquiry information, DMS for Customer Data, Braspag for Payment and Fraud detection, Totvs (Protheus) for Tax calculation and Fiscal invoicing, Okta for Single Sign On and AS 400 for Order Status, Products, Inventory



More than 80% of the Brazil implementation is identified as the Core platform. Sites for the other countries to be rolled out based on the core platform.

•  Easy to use cockpits for Business: Helped client business teams to easily set up and manage product induction, pricing and promotions, thereby reducing the turnaround time and ensuring better customer experience

•  Consistent customer experience in Online and InStore kiosk made the transactions in InStore kiosk easy for the customer

•  Integration of hybris to POS helped the sales data and commission data for each customer to be updated real time irrespective of the Sales channel
